Le Vinois Bakery

Why that name ?

My name is Francis , i am the chef and  owner of this company .

I grow up  in the south east corner of France in the Alpes closed to Grenoble , from a little town of the name of Vinay. As a parisien is from Paris, i am a vinois!

I am the 3rd generation of bakers in my family, my parents used to have a bakery for more than 40 years in the same small town.
